These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Arsenal website, programs, templates, and related content (collectively, the "Services") operated by OEQ LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Educational Purpose Only
The Arsenal content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Services is legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice.
2. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific results, earnings, business outcomes, or timelines. Your results depend on your market, skill, execution, resources, and other variables outside our control.
3. Purchases, Billing, and Access
- By purchasing, you authorize payment through our checkout provider.
- If your offer includes recurring billing, you authorize recurring charges until canceled.
- Access terms, refund windows, and pricing are presented on the checkout/order page and are incorporated into these Terms.
4. Refund Policy
- One-time products. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. The 14-day window runs from the purchase timestamp shown on your receipt. To request a refund, email support@imdyelon.com. Your request must be received at that address within the window; the arrival time of your email is what counts.
- Subscriptions (The AI Arsenal). The 14-day refund window applies to your first payment only. Renewal payments are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. After cancellation, access continues through the end of the paid billing period.
- Order bumps. Add-on products offered at checkout ("order bumps") are non-refundable, as disclosed in the offer at checkout.
- No extensions. The refund window is not extended for any reason.
- Policy version. The refund policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Changes to this policy apply only to purchases made after the change.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials in the Services are owned by OEQ LLC or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal/internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, or publicly share paid materials without written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with site operations, infringe the rights of others, or use the Services for unlawful activity.
7. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
Services may reference or integrate third-party software and platforms. We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, uptime, or policy changes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OEQ LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OEQ LLC from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or behavior that threatens our users, team, or systems.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to OEQ LLC's principal place of business, without regard to conflicts of law rules.
